Office and commercial moves are usually scheduled after hours or on weekends to avoid downtime. We can crate IT equipment, label workstations, and coordinate building access with property management.
Parking & building access
Curb access is tight in Brickell, Downtown and Miami Beach. When possible, we ask customers to reserve a loading zone or two parking spaces with their building or HOA the day before.
Most high-rises require advance notice for elevator pads and a designated freight elevator. We coordinate directly with your concierge or building manager when given contact info.
